Urban Remedy currently offers three options to retrieve your juices: National Delivery, Local Delivery to San Francisco Bay Area Residents, and Local Pickup for residents near our retail locations. All three options require checkout through our website.
Urban Remedy delivers straight to your door via FedEx Priority Overnight shipping. All shipments include ice packs and insulation to keep the juices super fresh! FedEx Priority Overnight maintains a commitment time of 10:30AM for most areas, however certain areas may receive delivery as late as end of day. Although we do not require a signature upon delivery, please bear in mind that the FedEx driver will not leave the package if they deem your delivery location as unsafe (we don’t want someone else getting your cleanse!). If you live in an apartment building or complex and are OK with the juice being left, it can help to leave a note on your door for the driver. Local Delivery :
Our courteous delivery drivers will hand deliver your cleanse if you are located within our local delivery zone. We currently deliver to all of Marin County, San Francisco, and select cities in the East Bay. Just let us know how to find you, and you’ll receive your juice on the evening of your requested delivery date. Urban Remedy will make local juice deliveries Monday through Friday from 5:30PM to 8:30PM. If you are not present at the time of delivery and have not notified us to leave the juices unattended, they will be delivered to one of our retail locations and will be available for pickup or we can redeliver for an additional charge.
Local Pickup :
You have the option to pickup your juices from one of our retail locations if you are located in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Other Important Notes:
Most of the time, deliveries will arrive to your door in the time frame you choose. However, due to weather conditions and other unpredictable complications your juices may arrive after the estimated delivery time. Our juices are packed in eco-friendly insulated carriers which are designed to keep them cool for up to 48 hours. It is essential that you refrigerate your juices as soon as possible and keep them unopened until you are ready to drink them.
Please inspect your juices immediately upon receipt. All claims must be filed within 24 hours of receipt.
Finally, if you need to change, postpone, or cancel your order, you must notify us by 5:30PM two days before your delivery date.
