"This is the 3rd time I have ordered Cindy Crawford's Essentials meal plan. It is both delicious, and for the most part filling. The cacao shake is the best. I have lost 3lbs each time. Just enough to feel lighter and reset after the holidays or vacation indulgences. If questioning ordering - do so, you won't regret it! I also feel good enough to workout, however, if I have a tougher workout planned, I will add a banana in the morning and wild salmon with dinner (only as needed)."
