The incredible thing about healing foods is that we can use their qualities to influence our own qualities. Certain foods can benefit our circulation, mood, and vitality, all of which lend nicely to our sexual health. Connect with the sex god/goddess within by adding these foods to your plate:

Chai

The warming spices in chai not only boost your immune system, they also increase circulation, stimulating and awakening your sexual senses. The next time you are craving a little affection and fun with your partner, cozy up with some chai and let it take you on an adventure!

Maca

Native to Peru, this medicinal plant has a long-standing reputation for promoting fertility and lighting the fire of desire.
